Dear Mr.Sengupta,
As promised we wanted to get in touch after our holiday in India. We were
fully satisfied, the car was ideal and everything worked out well. We would
like to book our future trips to India through you and will certainly recommend
you to our friends and acquaintances.
Thank you again for all your help.
Best regards
Susanne und Robert Petermann

Dear Durjay,
What a wonderful holiday. It was nice to meet you and
thank you from Kath and myself for our presents which were very generous.
You have obviously got excellent staff working for you,
there was not one time that we were not welcomed, on time and graciously throughout
the whole of our journey. You obviously have an excellent organization in
place.
Repeating what Eifion has said with regard to the Goa
meals. Please be honest and tell us if we have spent over the allowance because
we are totally content with the value for money we have received and would
be only too pleased to pay an additional supplement should it be necessary.
Please be happy to use our name and my email address
should other British people wish to look for a recommendation to your Company.
We will obviously be telling our friends and relatives anyway but you will
have a much larger clientele than we would be speaking to. Once
more, thank you very much indeed, we felt totally relaxed as we knew we were
in safe hands throughout the whole of our journey and adventure around India.
Yours sincerely,
JOHN ELLIOTT F.C.I.S.

Thanks
Dear Durjay,
Hi, we have a safe journey home. It
was a wonderful trip for us. Everything was going fine and the local guides
you appointed was excellent except for the one in Bangalore, he is not so
cooperative. But that is just a small issue. Anyway our group is happy of
your service and thanks for the dinner you gave in Delhi. Some of them did
not enjoy the dinner as they have gone for the last minute shopping in
Delhi, nearby the hotel where we stay. Surprising a lot of nice clothes
selling there and we bought quite a few. Infact we can gather all the
clothes that we bought and put up a shop in Kuala Lumpur to sell since
Deevali is around the corner !
Last but not least, we have an
enjoyable trip. To tell you the truth, I personally do not like South India,
its very dirty and the I am not used to the food. Too bad that I cant
personally meet you there. Take Care

Compass India
Dear Durjay, This is my comments on my journey
and services. I trust that the "note" below is acceptable.
Please
comment I wish to thank the Director & staff of Compass India for
ensuring that my very first visit to my motherland India was a most
memorable one.
During the course of my journey I had experienced
no major problems or difficulties. Mode of travel, Tours and Hotels were
centrally situated. As a result after official tours for the day, we were
able to do some "sight-seeing" on our own, in a safe, friendly
atmosphere.
The tour guides were most knowledgeable in the North
as well as the West India. However for tours of South India, namely
Tamilnadu, the guides were not as knowledgeable. However, I would not have
changed anything as it was a valuable learning experience for all involved.
I also found that at times when my companion was unhappy about some
arrangement, which we had initially requested, the arrangement or plans were
changed or amended to our satisfaction. We realized later that this had
inconvenienced the director, and were apologetic to him. The director
thankfully is understanding and totally committed to ensuring that all
clients visiting India and utilizing Compass services are satisfied. Sadly,
my journey had to end. It just seemed to me that it was too soon. plans were

my journey had to end. It just seemed to me that it was too soon. On a
different note, I can honestly add that at least
I know that there
is someone professional and most importantly FRIENDLY, understanding and
Totally Committed, who will be planning my next visit to INDIA.
